There are several major brands out there and we are certified and are partners with them all. This gives us an advantage over many other bookkeepers as we have dedicated software support and training. So if something is not right, we can get on to it straight away. We like to make things simple. We use online software that you can also access and see reports as you require.

SPECIAL FEATURE

Included in our services is free electronic storage of your receipts. So if you’re at a supplier, you can snap a photo of the receipt and upload it direct to your secure cloud storage within the software. Staff can also snap a photo of an expense they paid and request a reimbursement.

Storage of receipts is especially great if your unlucky to get an audit, or you need the receipt for a warranty claim.

WORK MADE EASY

Xero is the easiest to use for most people, from sole traders to companies. It was the first of the
cloud based software providers and has led the way ever since. You can send invoices directly from your phone, upload receipts on the go and so much more.

MYOB is a little advanced for most people, but for larger corporations it has better software
integration from 3 rd party software.

Quickbooks sits in the middle of these 2.
